The Boulos family’s legacy in law began with the family patriarch, Counselor Fahim Boulos Fahmy, who embarked on his legal career in 1947. Renowned for his expertise in criminal
cases, his office in Shubra, Cairo, became a landmark, with a tram station even named in his honor due to his esteemed reputation.
Following in his footsteps, his brother, Counselor Shokry Boulos Fahmy, graduated in 1950 and earned acclaim for his mastery in civil cases, distinguished by his compelling arguments and defenses.
Their youngest brother, Counselor Iskandar Boulos Fahmy, graduated from the Faculty of Law
in 1952 and chose a trailblazing path by establishing his own practice in the Menoufia Governorate.
His exceptional success soon led him to open an office in Cairo. Over a remarkable sixty-year career, Counselor Iskandar became a trusted legal representative for leading local and international companies operating in Egypt, fulfilling the mission and values he
had sworn to uphold.

Legal Legacy
The patriarch of the family, Counselor Iskandar Boulos Fahmy, instilled in his sons, Boulos Fahmy and Adel Iskandar, a deep respect for the legal profession and chose for them to continue the family’s distinguished legacy by studying law. Counselor Boulos Fahmy Iskandar graduated in 1977 and began his career in the Public Prosecution, rising through its ranks until attaining his current position as the President of the Supreme Constitutional Court of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Counselor Adel Iskandar Boulos also graduated in 1977 and pursued a career in law practice. His reputation flourished, and he became the legal representative for major local and international companies across various sectors, including educational institutions, hotels, factories, and organizations. He practices law through his offices located in Qasr Al-Nil Street in downtown Cairo, Al-Thawra Street in Heliopolis and New Cairo, with plans to open a new branch in Sheikh Zayed City, 6th of October. His practice has also expanded internationally to the United Arab Emirates.
In addition, he has built a comprehensive team of specialized legal professionals in various fields of law.

Dr. Mina Iskander, Founder and Managing Partner of Mina Iskander & Partners Law Firm, continues the Iskander Boulos family's distinguished legacy in the legal profession. With expertise spanning Arbitration, Litigation, Amicable Dispute Resolution, Contract Law, and corporate transactions, Dr. Iskander has built a comprehensive understanding of legal complexities across industries.
Inspired by his family’s heritage, Dr. Iskander began his career as an Associate in a family law firm in Egypt, gaining foundational experience before pursuing advanced studies. He earned an LL.M. in Arbitration and International Law from Indiana University in the U.S. and later a Ph.D. in e-commerce legal transactions by the age of 27. His academic journey also included teaching International and Business Law at the British University in Egypt, where he shaped future legal professionals.
Dr. Iskander’s career progression reflects a dynamic blend of public and private sector experience. He served at the PPP Central Unit within Egypt’s Ministry of Finance, worked as an Associate and later Partner in a law firm, and led legal departments for regional real estate and fintech companies in the Middle East and North Africa. His expertise in emerging technologies is complemented by a diploma in fintech, further aligning legal frameworks with technical innovation.
